CAPE TOWN - Deputy President Paul Mashatile is expected to attend the Earthshot Prize Awards ceremony in Cape Town.
More than a dozen young environmentalists are competing for a one million-pound prize.
The finalists met with the founder of the initiative, Britian's Prince William, on Wednesday morning ahead of the ceremony.
