Discussion | Men supporting women on women's day

DURBAN - Single mom’s often face many difficulties among them being lack of support and financial struggles.

In line with Women’s Day, which we celebrate on the 9th of August, Potential Maximisers will host an event aimed at healing and empowering single moms.

Men raised by single moms will share their stories of pain, healing and rising above the odds.

The event also promises loads of entertainment including poetry and music. Event organiser Ntokozo Mwelase had a talk with eNCA's Aviwe Mtila.

Poet Makhosandile Imbongi Yakho, who will be part of the event, gave a performance in studio.
