Ngwetjana says his love for food began at the age of 13 years, which was around the same time he had started learning how to cook.
"My mom loved cooking, especially dumpling. She would take me through the process of making it. I knew that every week she would be making it so I was always there with her to learn how to make it.
"Today we are now here as Chef Paul," he says.

Beyond cooking and dedicating himself to his passion, Chef Ngwetjana says he loves sharing his knowledge with the young ones.
He does this through online classes.
"Because of technology I am teaching entrepreneurs of Mpumalanga how to cook online and I am based in Rustenburg," he says.
