JOHANNESBURG - Despite Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi's promise to rectify the NGO funding crisis, some who no longer receive food parcels remain sceptical.

Hundreds of indigent families, the homeless, and victims of substance abuse were left out in the cold when the Gauteng Social Development Department withheld payment to NGOs.
