JOHANNESBURG - The government's plans for investing the 8.8bn Dollars pledged to fight climate change and ensure energy security, will include transition projects in Mpumalanga.
The Just Energy Transition Partnership was agreed to two years ago at the climate summit in Glasgow and the implementation plan was approved by government last week.
The investment plan is set to be presented at the COP28 Summit in Dubai.
Environment Minister Barbara Creecy spoke to eNCA and explains why Mpumalanga was selected.
