JOHANNESBURG - Many people experience loneliness and depression over the holiday season.
The South African Depression and Anxiety Group fields many calls from those who feel lonely as they grieve loved ones who have passed away.

Matriculants may also be anxious while they wait to receive their results at the start of the new year.
Roshni Parbhoo-Seetha from the South African Depression and Anxiety Group spoke to eNCA in the video above.
