Unauthorised Construction | Cape Town mayor talks on developer being slapped with R1m fine

CAPEW TOWN - A developer has been slapped with a R1m fine for the construction of an unauthorised apartment block in Cape Town.

The City’s Municipal Planning Tribunal issued the penalty and it's been upheld by the mayor.

Tenants had already moved into the apartment building.
