JOHANNESBURG - The Institute of Chartered Entrepreneurs is calling on President Cyril Ramaphosa to reconsider, what it's calling, an impractical 21-day time frame to register spaza shops countrywide.

This intervention was one of many the President announced last week to address the ongoing recent chemical poisonings, that have claimed the lives of 22 children and left almost a thousand ill.
