JOHANNESBURG - The South African Weather Service has warned that bitterly cold,
wet and windy conditions will continue across the country on Monday.
Snow is also expected in some parts.

In the Western Cape stormy conditions have led to the displacement of thousands,
after heavy downpours caused flooding in the province.
