JOHANNESBURG - The Johannesburg Library with over a million books has been closed for years due to renovations.
Civil society is demanding it be reopened.
The city previously indicated some issues still needed to be attended to,
but there are concerns this is taking too long, as it's leaving hundreds of those who need the library in the lurch.
