JOHANNESBURG - A new system has been developed to improve enforcement of Child Maintenance Orders.
On Friday, a memorandum was signed with the Consumer Profile Bureau to share defaulting parents' information.
This will allow Credit Bureaus to access maintenance order data, making it available to all credit providers.
Additionally, payment services at Magistrates' Courts across the country have been temporarily suspended.
