GALLERY: Jubilation as Boks take Rugby World Cup tour to Cape Town

CAPE TOWN -- Fans came out in their numbers to celebrate their heroes as the Springboks paraded the Webb Ellis Cup in Cape Town.

The 2023 Rugby World Cup trophy tour is on day two for the Western Cape edition.

It’s the home province to a good few Boks squad members, among them Eben Etzebeth, Pieter-Steph du Toit and Steven Kitshoff.

The Boks captain, Siya Kolisi also spent a decade at the Western Province Union before joining the Sharks, where he made 118 appearances.

The Boks beat New Zealand in a nail-biting final in France on Saturday, winning the trophy for the 4th time.
