DUBAI - President Cyril Ramaphosa says the UN climate talks currently underway in Dubai seem to be yielding results.
This after a landmark deal struck on day one to help the worldâs poorest and most vulnerable countries pay for the irreversible impact of climate disasters.
Wealthy countries have pledged over $350-million to set up a loss and damage fund.
President Ramaphosa says more funds are needed to address challenges that come with climate change.
