eNCA reporter Nokwazi Qumbisa spoke with Dlala Nje Tour guide Alvaro Tshikapa who shared some interesting facts about the construction of the building.
"The building is originally constructed on top of a mountain," Tshikapa said while explaining a large rocky outcropping's presence in the centre of the building's interior.
Lesley Saunders, head of Marketing for Broll Auctions and Sales, described some of the challenges facing the sale of the building, saying, "You can't get away from the problems that Joburg has experienced but I think that, from our perspective, increasing security gives people a sense of stability and draws people back towards the City."
