Work needs to be done towards Artificial Intelligence laws

JOHANNESBURG - The Artificial Intelligence revolution is upon us, however, the ethics behind it is still being debated.

In addition, most lawmakers have not even begun considering legislation to regulate it.

Now it seems some companies are taking it on themselves to develop policies on its use.

Gadget-Gal, Clare Matthes says when you ask about AI's impact on work, 52% of all the respondents ranked optimism as one of their two sentiments which is really exciting for AI I suppose.

Of those, 36% of respondents think that their job is likely to eliminated by AI, but despite those concerns, 71% believe that are rewards as long as the risks can be managed.
