WATCH | Drinking water from a well in the 21st century

JOHANNESBURG - The community of Mtubabatuba is demanding accountability.

Residents of Dukuduku Village have been sharing a water well with farm animals for over 50 years.

They were supposedly promised running water and tar roads but that was in the last election and nothing has been forthcoming.
