MIDRAND - Emotions are running high at the second Presidential summit on gender-based violence and femicide in Midrand.
In the last three months alone, over 9,000 cases of rape and 6,000 cases of murder have been reported against women and children.
Some at the summit have accused government of not taking the issue seriously.
