JOHANNESBURG - The government is seemingly backtracking on its word to scrap e-tolls.
Gauteng Premier, Panyaza Lesufi, last year announced that the system would stop in December, which left many people halting their e-tags payments.
Treasury now says motorists must foot the bill.
