JOHANNESBURG - The global climate change conference, Cop28, is underway in Dubai. World leaders and experts are expected to outline their country’s positions in the fight against the changing environment.
The summit has adopted a decision to implement the crucial loss and damage fund, which will ensure the rescue and rehabilitation of countries facing the effects of climate change.
