The retailer says it Is a key milestone in its campaign which started four years ago.
Woolworths is also phasing out unnecessary single-use plastics in its product packaging.

The retailer says a new bag share initiative is being piloted at some stores.
Customers bring in their enviro-friendly reusable bags and share them with customers who have forgotten theirs.
