NEW YORK - The markets appear to be cheering the second rise of US President Donald Trump.
The Dow Jones in the United States initially jumped by nearly 3 percent and it’s still trading more than a percent higher.
So is the S and P and the tech-heavy NasDaq.
It’s a different picture locally with the All Share index down by more than one and a half percent on Wednesday.
The Rand is one and a half percent weaker against the dollar.
