WATCH | Cape Town outpacing all SA cities on infrastructure investment - Mayor

CAPE TOWN - Cape Town will spend more on infrastructure in the next few years than Johannesburg and Durban combined.

Mayor Geordin Hill-Lewis says  Cape Town is outpacing all other South African cities on infrastructure investment.

He says it is also the most pro-poor city in South Africa and he has the numbers to prove it.
