WATCH | Application to stop SAA sale dismissed

CAPE TOWN - The Western Cape High court has dismissed an application for documents related to the sale of SAA to be made public.

Toto Investments, one of the bidders for the national carrier, filed an urgent application for Public Enterprises Minister Pravin Gordhan to release the records.

Gordhan and the government have been ordered to submit a confidential and non-confidential version of SA sale records to the court.
