"An ultimatum was given to workers that they must report to work on Monday or face disciplinary action."

"I can confirm that disciplinary action has been instituted. I can confirm that about 1,000 workers are going to lose their jobs that’s according to the letters that will be coming from the employees."

"We are encouraged that some of the workers understand the processes, they want an escalation and bonuses from 2020 but that is subject to process, we applied for exemption, unions appealed and now it’s before the courts."

"We are saying go back to work the matter is subject to court proceedings…right now I can confirm about 1,000 will lose their jobs because of undertaking in these illegal protest.”
