CAPE TOWN - The wheels of justice are turning slowly regarding the Steinhoff saga.
The South African Reserve Bank has moved to attach the assets of former CEO Markus Jooste.
He has been implicated in accounting fraud at the company totalling over R200bn.
However, nobody knows where he is and it remains unclear whether he will ever be located and forced to account for one of the country’s biggest corporate scandals.
