SA can't afford to own homes
PRETORIA - South Africans are struggling to afford shelter says Human Settlements Minister, Mmamoloko Kubayi.

Briefing the media on Monday, Kubayi expressed concern over the decline in home loan approvals stating that financing is fast becoming difficult to access for South Africans.
