JOHANNESBURG - Numsa is threatening to take government to court if it declares the country's electricity crisis a national state of disaster.
The union is accusing government of creating the crisis to benefit Independent Power Producers.

President Cyril Ramaphosa is due to deliver the State of the Nation Address at the Cape Town City Hall on Thursday.
Many are hopeful that Ramaphosa will map a proper way forward to deal with the ongoing blackouts.
Numsa and other political parties say they will push ahead with their court battle to end rolling blackouts.
They have threatened to take to the streets if government fails to do so.
