SA's Economic Trouble | Banks concerned about surge in financial SOS calls

JOHANNESBURG - There are concerns over the large number of people seeking debt counselling. 

The National Credit Regulator says total outstanding credit reached 2-point-3 trillion rand at the end of 2023.

What's even more worrying is that many are in debt traps without proper reasons.
