SA tourism | 90-day extension for short-term tourists cancelled

JOHANNESBURG - Tourism sector leaders are alarmed after the Department of Home Affairs asked foreign tourists to leave the country by the end of this month if their visa renewal outcomes aren’t received by the 23rd of the month.

The Southern African Tourism Services Association (SATSA) says that the sun chasers and so-called swallows who follow summers and move between the northern and southern hemispheres will be most affected.
