Port congestion hurting the economy

JOHANNESBURG - Congestion at ports has significantly disrupted the economy, leading to increased costs, and bottlenecks and delays in the movement of goods.  

These challenges have hindered trade, strained supply chains and resulted in substantial financial losses.  

What's being done to make ports efficient again?
