JOHANNESBURG - Economist Professor Bonke Dumisa warns that the petrol price decrease might be short-lived.
He says there is a likelihood that the oil-producing countries will cut production to push up the price.
The price of fuel is decreasing substantially on Wednesday.

Both grades of petrol will be 71 cents cheaper while diesel will decrease by between 80 to 84 cents per litre.
Illuminating paraffin will decrease by 43 cents a litre.
Gas prices however will rise by 75 cents per kilogramme.
