JOHANNESBURG - Business Unity South Africa is calling on law enforcement officers to act swiftly if there's any form of violence during the planned national shutdown.
Busa CEO Cas Coovadia says such a call by the EFF will only hamper investor confidence.

Meanwhile, 87 protesters have been arrested in the past 15 hours for public-violence-related offences.
They are said to have been participating in the National Shutdown.
The arrests have been made by the National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure.
