Multichoice rejects Canal+ buyout
JOHANNESBURG - The MultiChoice Group has rejected French entertainment giant Canal+ buyout offer.
The proposed offer was R105 per share in cash but MultiChoice says that according to their valuation exercise, their shares are valued significantly higher.
Further negotiations have not been ruled out.
