DELMAS, Mpumalanga - Eskom says the public needs to understand why it asked for a tariff increase of over 36 percent.
The power utility says for years the increases have been minimal, and it will ultimately be up to regulator Nersa to decide.
At the same time, the country has gone over 180 days without rolling blackouts.
