JOHANNESBURG - Rolling blackouts cost more than 300,000 job opportunities in Gauteng in 2022 according to the province's Economic Development MEC, Tasneem Motara.

She was responding to a DA question on the impact of power cuts.
Motara also says blackouts resulted in over R103bn not being realised.
The MEC says her department is conducting a survey to ascertain more data on the effect of power cuts.
