'We've got to refocus on growth'
CAPE TOWN - Finance Minister Enoch Godongwana says South Africa has a growth problem.

He addressed a breakfast gathering in Cape Town this morning, after tabling the Medium-Term Budget Policy Statement in Parliament yesterday.
