JOHANNESBURG - Inflation may be easing but there’s no relief for motorists next month.
Petrol, diesel and paraffin are set for an increase next week.
Preliminary figures show the price of petrol will go up by up to 35 cents a litre, while diesel is expected to be hiked by 72 cents.
The Automobile Association says the main driver behind the expected increases, is the rise in international oil prices.
Fuel price hikes would have been worse had it not been for the rand’s recent recovery in value against the dollar.
