ZIKHOVA - The Eastern Cape could face a bleak economic outlook if key sectors continue to shrink.
That's the view of provincial legislature members following a recent announcement that the province had entered a technical recession.
Construction, mining and manufacturing industries have been on a decline, with growing concerns that the automotive sector might also be negatively impacted.
But the provincial speaker remains optimistic that things may improve during the seventh administration.
