JOHANNESBURG - The Reserve Bank of South Africa says the outlook for financial stability has improved following successful elections, reduced power cuts and lower interest rates but it says risks remain.
The central bank released the second edition of its Financial Stability Review on Friday which is a biannual health check of the financial system.
