JOHANNESBURG - The Rand has plunged on news that negotiations between the ANC and the DA have hit a roadblock.
The currency tumbled to an almost two-week low after the DA said it wanted 8 ministerial posts rather than 6 that were offered.

ANC President, Cyril Ramaphosa, replied on Tuesday saying the ANC could not accede to the latest proposals.
He accused the DA of moving the goalposts.
