Discussion | Informal traders challenge reintroduction of tobacco bill

POLOKWANE - The National Informal Traders Alliance of South Africa is challenging the reintroduction of the Tobacco Bill.

They say the bill disregards the country's democratic process, and want the legislative process to start over.
