JOHANNESBURG - Retail pharmacy group Dischem says its diesel costs across its stores increased by 54-percent to R36-million over the last six months.
This as the retail chain battles the impact of power cuts.
Dischem says it made an early investment in generator capacity and has managed to minimise the impact on its stores.
The group’s revenue increased by 8.7-percent in the period. It cited strong performance in beauty and household sales.
