JOHANNESBURG - The Black Business Council believes the Minister of Labour should be blamed for the death of 33 people in George after a building collapsed.
Authorities continue to try to identify those killed, for now 18 of the 33 deceased have been identified.
At the same time, the search for 19 workers continues.
Several departments and agencies have stepped in to help, including the police's diving unit.
