Labour lawyer, Michael Bagraim spoke to eNCA about the ANC manifesto launch.
"Yes, they need the doctors desperately and they need to get jobs and the Department of Health said we don't have money, even for those few.
"It was a few hundred doctors and they said they don't have money to employ them so where are they going to come with the two and a half million pie in the sky?, Bagraim said.
