ACSA apologises after baggage delays at OR Tambo Airport

JOHANNESBURG - The Airports Company South Africa has apologised for a technical blunder that caused a huge inconvenience at OR Tambo International Airport.

The glitch happened when the baggage system failed to load luggage onto scheduled departing flights impacting over 3,700 bags.
ACSA's Terence Delomoney says they are now sitting with up to 400 bags that still need to be delivered to their owners.
