JOHANNESBURG - A group of women have ascended the ranks at one of the largest steel manufacturers in the country.

These women of steel have no trouble holding their own as senior specialists and engineers in this male-dominated industry.

eNCA recieved special access to two of these powerhouses to discuss the challenges they face, and to get their advice for other women.
