EASTERN CAPE - The Enoch Mgijima Local Municipality is in crisis, with little hope that businesses will survive due to ongoing service delivery challenges.
Business owners say that for several years now, the municipality has been battling to provide reliable electricity.

Recently, power outages at Frontier Hospital, led to speculation that two people had died as a result.
The Eastern Cape Health Department has however refuted the claims.
