JOHANESBURG - The Organisation Undoing Tax Abuse has slammed the National Prosecuting Authority for bungling another case related to state capture.
On Tuesday, a R22bn fraud and corruption matter against former Eskom CEO Matshela Koko was struck off the roll.
The Middelburg Regional Court found there had been unreasonable delays in proceedings.
The NPA says it plans to re-enrol the case.
In January, charges were dropped against the accused in the R280m Estina Dairy case.
