JOHANNESBURG - Eastern Cape Premier Oscar Mabuyane is not getting any sleep.
He says the high unemployment rate is keeping him awake at night.
The province is one of the poorest in the country, with a technical recession that has cost 77,000 jobs.
He focussed on the economy in his State of the Province Address in Ntabankulu.
However, opposition parties are unconvinced, saying they've heard it all before.
