CAPE TOWN - The Cape Town Central Business District’s economy is on an upward trend with property investment in the inner city exceeding R7bn in 2023.
That is according to an annual report published by the Cape Town Central City Improvement District that looks into the state of Cape Town's inner city economy.
The findings show the tourism, hospitality, retail, and event sectors all strengthening.
The Cape Town Central City Improvement District Chairperson, Rob Kane spoke to eNCA.
